Whitney Manufacturing has an extensive set of
pre-engineered building packages detailed and ready for very quick delivery. The
buildings range in size from our 24x24 to a 100x100 buildings and have been
priced to be the most cost effective pre-engineered building that can be bought
anywhere in the Midwest.
These building packages have been specifically designed
to give the end user significant flexibility in choosing the configuration of
their building. At the same time you can expect to receive the highest quality
building available that is simple to erect and can meet any engineering design
requirement for pre-engineered steel buildings. We pre-weld nearly every clip on
our buildings so you do not end up with a huge jig-saw puzzle trying to figure
out what goes where.
Our assembly drawings are easy to read and all part numbers
are clearly marked. Since we service a wide range of customers in the mid-west
we have three snow load categories to choose from. Depending on your location
and specific snow load requirement Whitney Manufacturing can provide you with
highest quality standard steel building package in a very short time.
- Designed to IBC 2003 Building Code.
- Package includes all bolts, nuts, screws,
sealant tape for assembly.
- One 3070 steel walk door with standard
lock.
- Complete set of assembly drawings and
anchor bolt layout plans.
- Designed for 90 MPH wind load, 20lb live
load, 0lb collateral load. (snow loads are selected from our list
of standard buildings)

- 26 gage Galvalume Roof, Colored roof is
optional.
- Colored walls and trim. All panels and trim
are 26 gage, 20 year warranty on paint.
- On all buildings less than 60’ in width, endwall door openings are
pre-set. They can be used as a door opening or sheeted over.
